1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing classofodds at classofodds.net, registering an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — desktop, mobile browser, or the classofodds Android app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the classofodds platform. Continued use after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and play on classofodds, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing and using the platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and grounds for account termination.
• You may only hold one account on classofodds. Multiple accounts by the same person are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before real-money play is enabled. This is a one-time process requiring a valid Philippine government-issued ID.

classofodds reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your classofodds login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. classofodds will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.

• All connections to classofodds are protected with SSL encryption.
• OTP (one-time password) verification is used for login and sensitive account actions.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on classofodds are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no token systems or in-platform currencies. Your account balance reflects actual PHP.

• Accepted deposit channels include Philippine bank transfer, online banking, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallet channels.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods.
• All deposits must come from payment channels registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and are shown in the account interface at the time of deposit.

classofodds does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at classofodds are processed in PHP to your registered Philippine payment channel. Key conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your verified classofodds account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing times vary by channel. Estimated processing time is shown in your account when a request is submitted.
• classofodds reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

classofodds offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, and eBingo. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. These Terms & Conditions apply on top of individual game rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers operating in real time. Results are final once a round is complete.
• Bets placed cannot be modified or cancelled once the round or event has started.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game, classofodds will apply fair resolution procedures. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. PBA, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports events follow their respective governing body results.

7. Responsible Gaming

classofodds is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment only and is not a source of income. No outcome at classofodds is guaranteed. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and the financial consequences of your bets.
• You will not wager money that you cannot afford to lose.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

classofodds reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Is found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
• Provides false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engages in fraud, collusion, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Is operated by automated tools or bots.

In cases of termination for violation of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the player, any remaining balance after pending transactions settle will be processed for withdrawal per the standard withdrawal policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

classofodds is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, classofodds and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from game outcomes, including sports results or casino games.
• Service interruptions due to technical maintenance, server issues, or third-party failures.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English (Philippines). In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English version of this document shall prevail.
